Wall Leak Toorak

This wall leak has been occurring for several years and five other companies have tried to find the leak. Inspection and testing determined a large crack in surrounding planter box wall in the apartment above the cause of the leak.

We also tested the windows and found the opening not closing flush with the frame causing ingress internally and water damage to the architraves.
