However, we stand behind the accuracy and thoroughness of our inspections and offer follow-up support if issues persist after our initial service.
Service Guarantee
If you find that the leakage issue persists after our initial inspection and satisfactory remedy, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. We will provide a follow-up inspection at an additional cost (hourly rate) to ensure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. In instances where services are found to be insufficient or the issue was misdiagnosed, we may offer a partial or full refund. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any concerns regarding the service you received.
