Balcony Leak Truganina
This customer was advised by several companies to re-tile the entire balcony. The owners persistence trying to have this problem fixed has prevented the damage from progressing. We referred them to one our specialist partners to repair the balustrade footings, tile surface restoration, epoxy seal and re-caulk the entire balcony.
Inspection and testing determined that:
The bugle screws for the balustrade footings are not fitted correctly
One tile has a small crack
