Roof Leak Brighton

The owners were getting ready to sell the house, after 5 years of plumbers and other trades trying to find this roof leak. During heavy rain water was pouring in through their light fittings and door frame in the living area. Inspection and testing determined that

1. The ribs were not cut out on the high side of the locks, underneath the aprons, pushing down the next sheet and creating low spots.

2. The scribes are also to small allowing a lot of debris underneath the apron.

3. The blanket is installed incorrectly picking up water.
