Leak Detection Park Orchards
Today we pinpointed a Hidden Leak in Park Orchards, Melbourne. The customer had a very high water bill which he wanted to investigate.
Here is a rundown on our process to find this leak.
First carry out a pressure test on the water lines at the property to confirm that a leak is occurring within the pipework,
A pipe location is performed using Rycom 8869 to locate where the pipes are running underneath the ground.
We then pressurise the lines and use Sewerin Electro Acoustic equipment along identified line location until a signal is audible.
To confirm the identified area we feed Trace A Gas into the lines and use Sewerin VARIOTEC VT460 to confirm the location of the leak exactly.
No destruction, no mess, efficient and accurate. We locate all leaks including water, gas, sewage, storm water, rain water and recycled water.
