Leak Detection Melbourne
Water leak detection & rising damp in a 140 year building in Elizabeth Street, Melbourne. Ground floor wall footing was presenting intermittently with rising damp for a couple of years. Adjacent and backing onto it are two restaurants. Carried out thermal imaging and moisture mapped all affected walls. Inspected both kitchens and after testing found that one wash bay was the cause. The wall tiles had detached and no waterproofing was installed. The client will have this area re-tiled and waterproofed.
